丽江市旅游业发展中存在的问题与对策研究.pdf

摘要
旅游产业能够创造的价值不可估量,可以产生一系列的社会效应、经济效应
、文化效应乃至政治效应。近几年来,丽江市旅游业发展迅速,对当地经济的增
长发挥着越来越重要的作用。随着时间的推移,越来越多的专家学者注意到丽江
旅游特别是丽江古城陷入过度开发的困境,古城原有的风土民情与特色遭到破
坏,致使古城原有的韵味消失了。丽江古城只有处理好古城保护与旅游开发之间
的关系,确保旅游业赖以生存的自然资源和人文资源得以存活,才能实现其旅游
业的可持续发展。基于此,本文首先阐述了旅游业、经济增长、经济增长理论与
旅游乘数理论的内容与意义,并结合具体数据与实例阐述了丽江市旅游资源与
旅游特色,并对丽江市旅游发展中存在的问题及阐述的原因进行了阐述,最后从
加快基础设施建设、开发特色旅游、打造丽江品牌和科技创新人才培养等方面提
出丽江市旅游发展的战略对策,以期为丽江市旅游业的持续发展建言献策。

Abstract

economic effect, cultural effect and political effect can be. In recent years, the tourism
development of Lijiang city quickly, on the growth of the local economy is playing an
increasingly important role. With the passage of time, more and more experts and
scholars pay attention to travel to Lijiang, especially Old Town of Lijiang fall into
excessive development dilemma, customs and characteristics of the original city
