生物玻璃填充牙科复合树脂材料的制备及其性能

摘要:通过光固化的方法制备以磷灰石玻璃陶瓷和气相二氧化硅为无机填料的牙科复合树脂。采用扫描电镜/
能谱仪(SEM/EDS)对复合材料的微观形貌进行分析,测量复合材料的三点抗弯强度。采用体外模拟体液(Simulated
body fluid, SBF)浸泡法测试材料的生物活性。研究结果表明:材料的抗弯强度达到(137±10) MPa,能够满足牙齿
修复的力学性能要求;材料在 SBF 中浸泡 3 d 后,在表面形成矿化的碳酸磷灰石晶体层,表明材料具有较强的生
物活性,可加快该材料植入人体后与骨的结合,并有利于龋齿的修复愈合。

Preparation and property of bioglass ceramics filled dental resins

Abstract: Apaptite glass-ceramics and gaseous silica were used to fill light-cured dental resins. By using SEM/EDS,
bending test and in vitro experiment, the microstructure, mechanical behavior and bioactivity of posite were
studied. The results show that the bending strength of the dental resin is (137±10) MPa, which meets the requirements for
dental restoration. After immersion in SBF for 3 d, there is a mineralized carbonyl
