采用酸浸法从废旧锂离子电池中回收金属钴

摘要:分别采用盐酸一30%过氧化氢、硫酸一30%过氧化氢和硝酸一30%过氧化氢为浸取
液,回收锂离子电池正极材料中的金属钴,研究了浓度、温度、30%过氧化氢的量、反应时间、固一液
,盐酸一3O%过氧化氢最适宜做浸取液,最佳
工艺条件为:盐酸浓度为 /,L,盐酸一30%过氧化氢体积比为 5:l,反应时间 min,反应61 温度
73℃,固一液比(g/mL)为1:,在此条件下,C0“浸出率达到 %.
