摘要
随车起重运输车是一种以载货汽车为原型,结合起重装备。实现一车多用的功能。具有性能参数优越,灵活多变,适应工况能力强,性价比高等优点。也因此具备庞大的隐藏市场。
本次设计是对载货汽车底盘进行改装,在上进行改装设计,使原本的载货汽车具有起重功能。因此对于改装的起重装备必须确定个结构参数与安装参数,并且要对其受力分析校核。对于整车来说,改装后相应的参数发生改变,要对整车发生改变的参数进行确认且校核是否满足性能参数要求和符合国家标准。
此次设计主要对起重臂、回转机构、起重支腿及液压各原件的计算和选型。最后进行整体装配。应使得改装后各个部件之间连接合理可靠,满足设计要求。能够完成起重任务。
