锅炉爆管事故分析与处理锅炉爆管事故分析与处理锅炉爆管事故分析与处理 I 摘要锅炉是一种受压设备,它经常处于高温下运行,而且还受着烟气中有害物质的侵蚀和飞灰的磨损。如果管理不严、使用不当就会发生锅炉事故,严重时会发生破坏性事故,造成不可弥补的损失。因此,我们必须了解锅炉运行时的安全操作步骤,以及各种事故的预防方法和应对措施。本论文以实****单位义马气化厂的锅炉为研究对象,采用理论与实际相结合的研究方法对锅炉事故的产生、预防、处理进行研究。目的在于使我们在以后的工作中杜绝锅炉事故的发生,使锅炉安全稳定的运行。关键词:链条锅炉;锅炉运行;安全;事故处理锅炉爆管事故分析与处理 II Abstract Boiler isa kind of pressure equipment, it often is in high temperature operation, but also by the smoke of harmful substance in erosion and fly ash wear. If use undeserved, lax management, boiler accidents occurs, the serious accident happens, damaging cause irreparable damage. Therefore, we must understand the safe operation of the boiler operation steps, and various kinds of accident prevention methods and measures. In this paper the internship units of boiler horse gasification righteousness as the research object, by integrating theory with practice of research methods for boiler, accident prevention and treatment. The purpose is to make our future work in eradicating boiler accidents, the safe and stable operation of the boiler.
