As a general-purpose industrial puter, Programmable controller realized the industrial control field wiring logic to the storage of logical leap, widely used in industrial production control system with high reliability, strong anti-interference, low failure rate, low demand for Work environment, maintenance and a series of other advantages, therefore, it has e the preferred control scheme in the domestic and foreign automatic production line control system . The main content of this study is based on flexible automated production line lab equipment to simulate production processes, including sorting transmission, installation, installation of handling, classification. Controls are used throughout the Siemens S7 series PLC, of which S7-300 as master control station, S7-200 asa slave unit, composed of master-slave control system.
