数据分析控制程序 Conttity of defect type, qualified welding rate, and through data analysis, providing suppliers' product information, conformity information about our company and product requirement, and information of process and change trend of final products, including the information of taking corrective and preventive measures.
业务部负责：Responsibility of BusinessDepartment:
a） 收集顾客抱怨（包括交付后的现场不合格及退货）及服务方面的数据，并通过 数据分析，提供与产品要求符合性的信息及顾客满意程度的信息；
Collection of customers* complaint including unqualified on site and return of products and data from service, and through data analysis, it shall provide the information meet the product requirement and customers' satisfaction.
b） 收集同类产品的市场动态、竞争对手产品性能优劣对比方面的数据，并进行分 析，以提供产品改进的信息。市场部文员负责统计每月的客户投诉状况，记录 于《用户意见反馈/服务响应记录》。
Collect the data such as the market trends of similar product, the comparable date of advantage and disadvantage of product performances from competitive companies, and provide product improving information by analyzing the above data. Market clerk shall make statistics about customer's complaint monthly and keep the record in Customer Suggestion Feedback/Service Responce Record.
