    A公司的产品很多，但分类不清晰，重点不突出，战略取向不明确。为了理清思路，我们运用产品功能和目标消费群体两维坐标分析法对现有产品进行梳理，进行结构性分析，从中找出产品结构的主线，为构建差异化的产品战略打基础。
    我们从公司198个药品中拟选出相对较有发展潜力的43个产品按功能适应症状与目标消费群体进行的坐标图分析，然后从是否具有市场基础、产品是否具有疗效特长、是否具有发展前景三方面考虑，运用ABC分类法，通过专家研讨，从中筛选出A、B、C类重点产品。
    通过对产品战略现状分析及对产品结构的重新梳理，我们针对A公司的产品多，但分类不清晰，重点不突出，战略取向不明确等诸多问题。根据市场发展形势，结合企业业自身资源，企业应从发展战略的角度来重新制定和理顺企业的产品战略，进行产品战略创新。笔者提出A企业若要长远发展，争取在细分领域里的领导地位，就应遵循产品战略三步曲的原则来重新制定企业发展规划。
