摘要
二十一世纪科技发展日新月异,经济全球化导致的市场竞争日趋激烈,企业发展外部环境的不断扩大,但也更加严峻,人们对企业技术创新的重要性已经有了非常深刻的认识,但是在企业组织结构在企业发展中的重要作用和伴随企业发展急需变革的问题上,却存在着不同程度的轻视甚至是忽视。事实上,企业组织结构变革是现代企业发展的重要组成部分,是现代企业发展的重要基石。
力登维(AOC)公司从公司创立初期就贯彻管理制度化的理念,根据当时的实际情况将公司设置为一个弱矩阵型的组织结构,这是符合公司初期的现实情况的。更为公司的后期发展在管理制度改良方面作好了铺垫,这对一个还在生存线上发展的制造型企业来说是值得肯定的。但是随着公司的不断发展壮大,公司的组织结构依然沿用初期发展时的弱矩阵组织形式,滞后的组织结构已经远远不适应企业开发大项目及重点项目的战略要求。
但力登维(AOC)公司现在存在的问题不是一下就能解决的,虽然作者提出了改进方案,但是企业的发展时不断变化的,需要在企业发展的实践中不断创新,即不应该将组织结构和制度僵化,一成不变。公司需要大胆的尝试新的思路,通过不断的自我适应,形成一个能够持续改进的公司氛围,将她当作自身特有的核心竞争力的一部分。有理由相信,公司在不同的发展阶段采用适合的组织结构,加上优秀的管理,公司将会有大的发展。
