康复新液治疗肺结核肝功异常110例疗效观察

【摘要】目的:对比康复新液配合复方甘草酸苷治疗肺结核肝功异常,与单用复方甘草酸苷治疗肺结核肝功异常的临床疗效。方法:将220例确诊肺结核肝功异常患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各110例。治疗组采用口服康复新液配合复方甘草酸苷治疗,对照组单用复方甘草酸苷治疗,观察治疗前后疗效,疗程,临床症状及肺部病灶好转,复发率等。结果:治疗组及对照组有效率分别为:%%,治疗组明显优于对照组,治疗组在治疗疗程,临床症状以及肺部病灶好转和复发率方面也优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:康复新液配合复方甘草酸苷治疗肺结核肝功异常,疗效显著,并可缩短疗程,促进肺部病灶及临床症状好转,减少复发率。

【Abstract】Objective pare the Kangfuxin bined pound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with abnormal liver function, and pound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of clinical curative effect of pulmonary tuberculosis of abnormal liver 220 cases of abnormal liver function in patients with the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 110 cases.
