探讨卒中后认知障碍的早期康复治疗

【摘要】目的探讨并分析卒中后认知障碍早期康复治疗对患者康复效果的影响。方法此次研究的对象是选择2013年1—12月该院收治的88例确诊并开始治疗的脑卒中患者,将其临床资料进行回顾性分析,并随机分为观察和对照两组,每组44例。对照组患者进行规范、系统的康复治疗与指导,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上再进行专门认知康复训练,并使用简易智能状态检查(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)量表、运动功能和ADL 能力评分:分别采用Fugl-Meyer 分级及改良Barthel 指数评分对患者进行效果比较。结果康复治疗3个月后观察组患者的MMSE评分为(±)分、Fugl-Meyer评分(±)分、Barthel评分(±)分;对照组患者的MMSE评分为(±)分、Fugl-Meyer评分(±)分、Barthel评分(±)分,差异有统计学意义(P< ),观察组患者康复效果优于对照组。结论早期康复治疗对脑卒中患者的认知功能障碍有明显的改善作用。值得临床应用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of early rehabilitation therapy on the rehabilitation of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke.
