【摘要】目的探讨并分析卒中后认知障碍早期康复治疗对患者康复效果的影 响。方法此次研究的对象是选择2013年1—12月该院收治的88例确诊并开始 治疗的脑卒中患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为观察和对照两组, 每组44例。对照组患者进行规范、系统的康复治疗与指导，观察组在对照组治 疗的基础上再进行专门认知康复训练，并使用简易智能状态检查(mini-mental state examination, MMSE)量表、运动功能和ADL能力评分：分别采用Fugl-Meyer 分级及改良Barthel指数评分对患者进行效果比较。结果 康复治疗3个月后观 察组患者的MMSE评分为(±)分、Fugl-Meyer评分
(±)分、Barthel 评分(±)分；对照组患者 的 MMSE 评分为(±)分、Fugl-Meyer 评分(±) 分、Barthel 评分(±)分,差异有统计学意义(P<),观 察组患者康复效果优于对照组。结论早期康复治疗对脑卒中患者的认知功能障 碍有明显的改善作用。值得临床应用。
