胃肠道间质瘤的临床病理免疫组化分析

摘要:目的:分析胃肠道间质瘤的临床病理及免疫组化特征。方法:回顾性分析我院于2013年6月至2014年6月期间来院经病理确诊的胃肠道间质瘤患者36例的临床资料,对其临床病理及免疫组化结果进行分析。结果:本组病例中良性9例,交界性6例,恶性21例;镜下观察肿瘤直径(±)cm,边界清楚,病变部位主要位于胃、食管、大肠、小肠;%,%,DOG-%,%,%,%,CD117、CD34、DOG-1在胃肠间质瘤中的表达水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:在胃肠道间质瘤诊断中检测DOG-1、CD117水平具有良好的临床价值,值得在临床中推广使用。
