摘要
现代的社会是信息化的社会,也是计算机技术广泛应用和发展的时代,电子商务作为信息中的核心,其前景是无法预测的,电子商务对于统一国际市场,提高贸易效率以及更新贸易手段等多方面都有良好的推进作用,同样的,电子商务在中国经济发展中日益重要,是增强国际竞争力必不可缺的,为了能够更好的参与国际市场竞争,为了能够在经济与贸易的全球化过程中保持利益最大化,我们必须重视电子商务的发展过程及趋势,仔细探究电子商务发展中的规律,以及这些规律对国际间的贸易产生怎样的影响,辨清消极影响以及积极影响规律是关键,然后根据这些规律作用的条件与形式,积极采取对策,增强我国企业的国际竞争力,使企业在激烈的国际竞争中取得优势,保持企业快速,积极,健康的发展。电商这种方式对我国国际贸易的发展极为重要。这篇论文将主要讨论电商对我国国际贸易的影响,及其在这种环境下,我国应如何发展电商。本文将会用举例与数据分析方法分析讨论。从电子商务出现,许多相关课题都从国际贸易过程,企业发展,等方面进行研究探讨,每篇论文的侧重点都不同。但因为时代在发展,电子商务中的问题都在变化,会出现以前没有的问题。最重要的是,现在从业人员的知识体系综合性问题越来越重要,这些人员除了具备有传统贸易方式下必须的外语,贸易实务,金融管理等,还要求具有必备的信息技术知识,网络技术的知识以及网络实践操作技能,并且得不断更新,否则难以适应电子商务时代开展国际贸易的需要。所以,研究只有在当前情境下才最有价。

Abstract
Modern society means information society,and also means the age puter technology. As the core of information, the development of merce prospects is unpredictable. merce plays a good role in promoting unified international market, trade efficiency and trade measures, and others. For our country, the development of merce trade is essential to enhance the petitiveness. In order to participate in petition in the market better, to maintain the maximum benefits in the process of economic globalization and trade, people must pay attention to electronic business development and trends carefully. merce is extremely important for the development of China's international trade. This paper will mainly discuss the impact of merce on international trade, and in this environment, how China should develop merce. This paper will discuss them in way of examples and analysis on the data. Many papers have discussed merce in different ways. The focus of each paper is different.
