摘要
随着体验经济发展,游客体验满意度对影视主题公园影响日渐加强。游客旅游意识逐渐提高,旅游需求趋向多元化、多样化要求。游客旅游诉求已变成追求更加专业、新鲜的体验型旅游项目,而不只是单纯追求观光型旅游。传统意义上横店影视城的静态观赏已显缺陷,进而导致目前游客体验满意度下滑,没有多样化、个性化的旅游体验满足不同层次的游客需求。
本文针对目前影视主题公园国内外研究现状、横店影视城发展现状,分析研究如何提高游客体验满意度,并就环境体验感官性过于单一、服务体验满意度趋势下滑、设备体验互动性缺乏创新、活动体验参与度有待改提出具有针对性的解决办法——提供贴合主题的特色环境、加强企业内部的管理培训、引进注重互动的游戏设备、开发适合活动的体验产品,进而改善游客体验满意度,对国内影视主题公园的持续发展提供对策建议。

ABSTRACT
The current process of economic development, people gradually raise awareness of tourism, tourism demand diversification, diversification requirements. Tourists demand has e the pursuit of more professional, fresh experience-based tourism projects, rather than simply the pursuit of sightseeing tours. Such as China's only "National Film Industry Experimental Zone", a static viewing HengDian traditional sense has significant flaws, which led to the current development bottlenecks movie theme park, there is no diversification, personalized travel experience to meet different levels needs of tourists.
