研究甲状腺手术护理中个性化护理措施的应用效果

摘要:目的:研究分析甲状腺手术护理中个性化护理措施的效果。方法:此次研究的对象是选择在2013年2月~2015年3月我院接受手术的患者,麻醉类型均为全身麻醉。随机分为:60例研究组(接受个性化护理)和60例对照组(接受普通护理)。对比研究组和对照组手术时间、术后住院时间、术后伤口疼痛评分。结果:研究组和对照组手术时间、术后住院时间、术后伤口疼痛评分分别为(±、±、±)、(±、±、±),结果比较有差异(P<)。结论:本次研究认为采取个性化手术护理能够明显缩短患者手术时间和住院时间,对减少术后伤口疼痛有积极的影响。

[Abstract] Objective:To study the effect of individualized nursing measures in nursing care of patients with thyroid surgery. Methods:the subjects of this study were selected in our hospital from March 2015 to February 2013. Randomly divided into:60 cases of research group(receive personalized care)and 60 cases of control group(receiving ordinary care). Compared with the control group,the operation time,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative wound pain score. Results:study group and the control group,operative time,hospitalization time,postoperative wound pain scores were( + minutes, + days, + points),( + minutes, + days, + ). Results there are differences(P < ). Conclusion:it is concluded that the individualized surgical nursing can shorten the operation time and length of hospital stay,and has a positive effect on the reduction of postoperative wound pain.
