摘要:介绍了面向绿色制造的典型机械产品并行化设计的方法,详细阐述了针对专用机床部件
的绿色制造开发并行化设计原型系统的过程。借助成熟的商用 CAD /CAM 软件平台进行零部件
库的二次开发,同时设计网络化的数据管理系统,最终建立的原型系统可以满足绿色制造并行化设
计的要求。

Abstract: This paper introduces the im p lem etation m ethod for concurrent designing typ ical m echanical
p roducts gearing to green m anufacturing, and the design p rocess of the p rototype system for concurrent desig
ning the special m achine ponents is exp lained in detail. Som e new parts library p rogram s are devel
oped on the basis of a m ercial CAD / CAM softw are, and w ork based data m anage
m ent system is designed, eventually establishing a p rototype system to m eet the green m anufacturing require
m ents of concurrent design.
