摘    要:
精神扶贫是相对于物质扶贫的扶贫方式, 其侧重于人的“志”和“智”, 是对人的精神空间的开拓与发展。本文论证了精神扶贫的基本内涵, 认为精神扶贫是“内源”扶贫, 主要载体是文化扶助, 教育是其基石, 关键在“扶德”, 以期为我国更好地开展精准脱贫工作提供参考。

Abstract:
The spiritual poverty alleviation is a way to alleviate poverty relative to the material poverty is the exploration and development of spirits such as ambition and paper, holding that spiritual alleviation is the internal source poverty alleviation with cultural assistance as the main carrier, education as the cornerstone and moral construction as the key, demonstrates the basic contents of spiritual poverty alleviation so as to promote accurate poverty alleviation.

精神扶贫是相对于物质扶贫的扶贫方式, 其侧重于人的“志”和“智”等精神空间的开拓与发展。精神扶贫的哲学依据是“两个文明”(物质文明和精神文明) 的协调发展, 并以此促进人的全面协调可持续发展。物质扶贫只能解一时之困, 在短期有效, 而精神扶贫则能够激发主体活力, 长期见效。当前, 我国正处在决胜全面小康的关键期和社会主要矛盾的变迁
