摘    要:
目的评价电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗和常规治疗重症肺炎的疗效。方法分析我院2016年9月-2017年7月因重症肺炎住院60例患儿的临床资料。灌洗组在常规治疗的基础上应用电子支气管镜检查及支气管肺泡灌洗, 对照组给予抗生素雾化吸痰等常规治疗。%, %, 灌洗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<) 。结论支气管肺泡灌洗(BAL) , 清除呼吸道和肺泡中滞留的物质, 缓解气道阻塞, 改善呼吸功能, 是小儿难治性重症肺炎理想的治疗方法。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of bronchoalveolar lavage and conventional treatment in severe pneumonia. Methods To analyze the clinical data of 60 hospitalized children with severe pneumonia in our hospital from September 2016 to July lavage group was given electronic bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage on the basis of conventional treatment, while the control group was given conventional treatment such as inhalation of antibiotics and sputum aspiration.
