摘要:以玉米人工合成群体 GP-5 S2 代 10 个株系 30 个单株与 3 个测验种按不完全双列杂
交设计组配的 90 个组合为供试材料,分析了群体自交后代株系间、株系内个体的 GCA 差
异及组合的 SCA。GCA 分析表明,株系间单株产量 GCA 具有较大的差异,而株系内个体间差
异较小,其中 107 株系产量性状 GCA 表现较好,具有较大的利用潜势。SCA 分析表明,SCA
与 GCA 相关性较小,在 GCA 选择的基础上还应注重 SCA 的选择。利用 SSR 分子标记检测了
供配合力测定的 30 个单株的遗传多样性,40对引物共扩增出 377 个等位位点,变幅为2~
25 个,平均每对引物为 个,多态性位点数、多态位点比例、基因型数及平均基因杂合
度等参数均表明 GP-5 S2 内具有较丰富的遗传多样性。根据遗传距离,按 UPGMA 进行聚类
分析,可将 GP-5 S2 的 30 个单株划分为 5 个类群。

Analysis of bining Ability and ic Diversity among
the S2 Lines of GP-5 Synthetic Maize Populations

Abstract: This study has analysised the GCA variance between different lines of inbred lines of
Synthetic Maize Populations and individual plant of same lines, and the SCA of different
combinations. The experiment e from binations which was from crossings
carried between 30 individual plant from 10 lines of GP-5 S2 of synthetic maize populations by
plete diallel crossing. The analysis of GCA showed that variance of individual plant yield
ability was significant among different lines while variance of individual plant yield ability was
insignificant among same lines, and the GCA value of 107 lines presented better yield ability and
were proved to have a better breeding potentiality. The analysis of SCA indicated SCA was not
related to GCA , so we should pay as much attention as pay in GCA selection when SCA
selection. Detected the ic diversity of 30 individual plants by SSR molecular marker. With
