摘要
本工程为西安市曲江新苑10号住宅楼一期工程。房屋主体为地下2层,地上4层,层高3m,㎡,㎡,,基础类型为独立基础,主体结构为框架结构。使用BIM技术,可以有效提高项目的效率、减少损失的同时也间接减少项目造价,保证建设质量以及项目信息化使管理工作优化,这些项目足够充分说明BIM有很大的研究价值。随着我国经济的不断发展,把国家建设成小康社会的战略计划正在实施。小康社会不仅体现人民物质生活极大丰富,它的一个重要标志,就是一座座现代化的城市拔地而起。建筑工程是我国发展的前哨。对于我们建筑业来说,每建设一个工程,首先要对工程进行策划,这里的策划,就是我们讲的施工组织设计和方案的编制。

Abstract
The anization design as the leading construction basis, including the contents of the following aspects: compilation basis, general situation of the project, construction deployment, construction preparation, construction schedule, construction layout, intends to invest resources in the present project, general contracting management coordination with the program, main branch (sub -) construction technology programmes, special construction scheme and anization and the management assurance measures. Prepare to the target, construction, project quality, project management institutions, anizations, the construction schedule control, mechanical equipment and arrangement of working material, main sub segment of the construction methods, safety assurance measures, civilized construction and environmental Protection measures, reduce costs and other factors as much as possible, to give full consideration to the outstanding scientific and feasibility.
