蜂窝纸板胶黏剂的制备及防潮性能测试

摘要
蜂窝纸板是近年来应用于运输包装领域的新型环保材料,对纸蜂窝结构的承载与
缓冲性能的研究,在工程实践中具有重要价值。本课题通过制作蜂窝纸板进行蜂窝纸芯淀粉胶配方的研究,并进行六边形蜂窝纸板的静态压缩试验,测定不同厚度、不同湿度下的六边形蜂窝纸板的耐压性能;分析厚度、湿度等对纸板耐压性能的影响。分析六边形蜂窝纸板压缩一变形与破坏特性曲线。结果表明,其压缩变形呈非线性特征,压缩变形过程经历黏弹性、弹塑性、塑性坍塌、密实化四个阶段。并分析了各阶段的变化特性,做出拟合函数。
试验测定分析环境相对湿度对六边形蜂窝纸板耐压性能的影响。发现在RH50%~90%范围内,蜂窝芯纸的耐压强度随相对湿度的增加而减小,而且具有显著的方向性,厚度越大的蜂窝纸板受湿度影响的变化越明显。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, the b cardboard packaging transportation field applied to new environment-friendly materials,paper cellular structure of the bearing and buffer properties in engineering
practice, the important topic through making a hexagonal b cardboard for b paperboard core starch glue the formula of research, and the static hexagon b pression test, measure under different thickness and different humidity of b pression performance of hexagonal; analysis of the thickness and humidity pression performance of b pression a hexagonal deformation and damage characteristic curve. The results show that ,pression deformation is nonlinear characteristics, pression deformation process experience sticky elasticity and plasticity, plasticity of collapse and close-grained four phases. And analysis of the various stages of variation characteristics. Then Make fitting function .
Determination analysis the environment relative humidity to b pression of hexagon properties' influnce. Found in RH50% ~90% range, the b core paper pression strength decreased the increase of relative humidity ,And it have the markedly directional, the thickness of the b paperboard larger by humidity affect the more obvious.
