摘要:外币财务报表折算是国际会计最复杂和最具争议性的技术性问题之一。随着经济和信息的全球化,这个问题将继续受到高度关注。本文首先解释了外币财务报表折算的概念并简要介绍和评述了当前四种基本的外币财务报表折算方法。其次,结合国内外有关外币财务报表折算问题的现有研究成果,讨论当前外币财务报表折算领域存在的主要问题,即时态法与现行汇率法之争。再次,试从会计目标,财务报表合并要求等方面对外币财务报表折算的相关问题进行探讨和辨析。最终结合我国现阶段的实际情况与发展趋势,力图能够提出一种既适合我国会计实务又能与会计理论相一致的,既能解决实际问题又能与国际财务报表准则等效的外币财务报表折算方法的选择策略。

Abstract: Foreign currency financial statement translation is one of the most vexing and controversial technical issues in the international accounting. With the development of the economic globalization and globalization of information, it will continue to be of great interest. The first section is about the summary of the foreign currency financial statement translation, where the related concepts are explained, and the current four foreign currency financial statement translation methods are introduced mented briefly. Secondly, bining the domestic and overseas research results of foreign currency financial statement translation problem, discuss the problems in current foreign currency financial statement translation domain, especially the dispute between the temporal method and the closing rate method.
