基于人脑和人造智能问题给出概括的审视, 在理论上、学术上和具体软件术和工程应用诸方面研讨路线图, 提出把医学、心理学、行为科学、系统科学与人工智能等多学科融合和协同, 在原来自动化科学技术(或计算机科学技术) 范畴内人工智能学科的立足点上, 放开视野, 创新中国特色的人工智能产业。

Abstract:
Based on the human brain and man-made and its intelligent problems given a general review, in theory, academic and specific software and engineering applications in all aspects of the road map, put the medical, psdchological, behavioral science, system science and artificial intelligence and so on disciplines integration and collaboration, in the original automation science and technology (puter science and technology) within the framework of artificial intelligence based point, let go of the field of vision, innovation of Chinese characteristics of the artificial intelligence industry.

1 前言
在“互联网+”的热潮中, 人工智能产业发展很快。在2016年里, 国家发改委、科技部、工信部、中央网信办发表了《“互联网+”人工智能三年行动实施方案》, 该方案提出了三个任务, 九大重点工程, 开启千亿元级的人工智能市场应用规模, 在重点领域培育若干全球领先的人工智能骨干企业。在2017年3月的两会上, 人工智能仍然是榜上有名。我们从事自动化技术和智慧工厂业务的人们, 要乘此春风, 努力把互联网、云计算、大数据等技术与人工智能技术结合, 为各行业的创新提供各种基础性部件, 诸如人工智能算法、软件模块、嵌入式系统、通信接口等。本文算是抛砖引玉、科学普及吧!
