不同氮素水平对菠菜生长和品质的影响

摘要: 通过水培试验研究了不同氮素水平(5、10、15和 20 mmol· L - 1 ) 对 4个菠菜品种生物量以及植株不同部位硝酸
盐、可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明, 从生物量来看, 15 mmol· L - 1是菠菜生长的最佳氮浓度。菠菜的硝酸盐含量随氮
素水平的提高呈递增趋势, 而可溶性糖含量则随氮素水平的提高呈递减趋势, 表明适当的供氮水平有利于提高菠菜的品
质。

Effects of different n itrogen levels on the growth and quality of spinach

Abstract: Hydroponical experiment was carried out to study the effects of different nitrogen levels (5, 10, 15, 20 mmol· L - 1 )
on biomass, nitrate and soluble sugar contents in different parts in sp inach (Spinacia oleracea). The op timal nitrogen level for
sp inach growth was 15 mmol· L - 1. The content of nitrate increased with the increasing of nitrogen levels, while soluble sugar de
creased, which indicated that p roper nitrogen management could imp rove the quality of sp inach.
