自动镜片磨边机结构设计
摘要
眼镜在当今社会应用非常广泛,和人们的生活息息相关。磨镜片的机械和装备的水平对眼镜行业的发展起着决定性作用。全眼镜制造业的先进设备,近年来人们对全自动磨边机的研究更加投入,其性能越来越完善,加工精度越来越高。
本文首先分析了国内外镜片磨边机的研究现状,其次介绍了全自动镜片磨边机的工作原理,全自动磨边机通过改变夹片旋转机构和砂轮之间的距离来加工镜片。最后对磨边机的结构进行设计,主要包括电动机的选择、扫描机的结构设计和磨边机的结构设计。扫描机用五个混合式步进电机控制探头的五个自由度,实现眼镜镜片和镜框的轮廓扫描。对齿轮齿条、丝杠、弹簧等进行了详细的设计和校核,通过校核说明设计尺寸合格。磨边机部分也有五个自由度,主要对砂轮轴、轴承和键等零件进行了设计和校核,通过校核说明尺寸合格。
此磨边机具有加工效率高、操作简便、能加工复杂形状镜片的特点,在当今社会中能够广泛应用。

Abstract
Glasses are widely used and link closely with people's life at recent time. The equipment for cutting glasses is very important to the development of glasses manufacturing industry. The automatic machine for edging lens is an advanced equipment which is used in glasses manufacturing industry. In recent years, people are more and more interested in the research of automatic milling machine. Its functions have became more and more advanced as well as its accuracy.
Firstly, this paper analyzed the present research situations of lens machine for edging at home and abroad. Secondly, it introduced the working principle of automatic milling machine. Automatic milling machine processes lenses by changing the distance between the grinding wheel and folded device. Finally, this paper includes the design process of the structure of milling machine, the selection of motors and the structural design of scanners and the milling machine. Scanner controls probe's five degrees of freedom by five hybrid stepping motors to scan the outline of lenses and the frame. It designed and checked the gear and rack, lead screw, spring, etc. in detail, and proves that the designed size is correct by checking. The machine for edging also has five degrees of freedom. This paper mainly designed the wheel axle, bearing and the key, and checks them.
With highly processing efficiency, this milling machine is easy to operate. And it can be used to process the lenses which plex shape. So it can be widely used in today's society.
