沟通无处不在,有效的沟通是现代企业管理和人际交往所必备的技能之一,有效的沟通不仅是一种天赋,更是一门艺术,从结果上讲,沟通存在着有效沟通与无效沟通两种沟通,所谓有效沟通就是成功的沟通。有效沟通需要一个良好沟通渠道的建立,沟通过程中,存在着各种各样的沟通障碍来阻止有效沟通的进行,通过本文的了解可以克服这种种障碍,以达到有效沟通的目的。
现代企业管理过程,从一定意义上说实际就是沟通行为过程。有效沟通是现代企业管理得以实施的主要手段、方法和工具,是做好思想政治工作、实现企业和谐发展的重要基石。管理学者认为,沟通实际就是社会中人与人之间的联系过程,是人与人之间传递信息、沟通思想和交流情感的过程。
有效沟通可以达到一种和谐,一种境界。单位要通过沟通看到员工在不断地变化和成长,员工要通过沟通与交流看到单位的美好未来,二者要通过有效沟通与交流产生一种思想共鸣,形成一种远大的理想。有效沟通是正确决策的前提和基础、是统一思想和行动的工具、是建立良好人际关系的关键。思想政治工作更是离不开有效沟通。生活中我们常常看到,有的人说话让人爱听,有的人说话让人不爱听,说得不好甚至适得其反,通过对本文的学****便可以避免这样的尴尬
