稀土离子掺杂发光玻璃的制备及其性能研究
摘要
随着光电信息技术的迅猛发展,稀土离子掺杂的透明光学材料得到了广泛的研究和应用。近来出现的一类镧系掺杂氟硅酸盐透明发光微晶玻璃,综合了晶体和玻璃两者的优点,同时解决了高效发光、高透光率、高稳定性和发光波段可调等难题。
本文通过实验,确定了合适的氟硅酸盐玻璃的组成为60SiO2-20Al2O3-15CaF2-5ZnO,通过DTA分析,确定60SiO2-20Al2O3-15CaF2-5ZnO氟硅酸盐玻璃的热处理制度,制备了微晶玻璃样品。XRD测试结果表明,热处理前,玻璃样品中没有晶相存在,热处理后,在微晶玻璃中析出了CaF2晶相,且随着热处理时间的增长,晶体含量升高。
在60SiO2-20Al2O3-15CaF2-5ZnO玻璃基础上,实验制备了不同稀土离子掺杂的氟硅酸盐微晶玻璃和稀土离子掺杂量不同的氟硅酸盐微晶玻璃,并测试了微晶玻璃的发光性能,研究了不同稀土离子掺杂以及同种稀土离子掺杂量不同对微晶玻璃发光性能的影响。实验还制备了一系列Tb3+掺杂的ZnO-B2O3-P2O5-SiO2系统发光玻璃,并测试其发光性能。
对比了不同基质玻璃的发光性能,在Tb3+作为发光激活离子的情况下,氟硅酸盐微晶玻璃的发光性能比ZnO-B2O3-P2O5-SiO2系统玻璃的发光性能更优越。

PREPARATION AND PROPERTIES INVESTIGATING OF RARE EARTH IONS-DOPED FLUORESCENT GLASS
ABSTRACT
With rapid development of optical information technology,rare earth (RE)-doped transparent optical materials have been widely studied and applied. Transparent fluorosilicates glass-ceramics doping with lanthanide bines the advantages of both crystal and glass, and can solve simultaneously some difficult problems such as high luminous efficiency, high transmittance, high stability and tunable band of luminescence in recent years.
This paper determined the suitable fluoride-position, which is the system with position of 60SiO2-20Al2O3-15CaF2-5ZnO based on the experiment. And the heat treatment rules of preparation for fluoride silicate glass were determined by DTA analysis. The results about XRD measurement shows that CaF2 crystal, which is no crystal phase, have been observed in some samples via after heat treatment. Furthermore, the content of the crystal increase with the time for heating treatment going.
Based on 60SiO2-20Al2O3-15CaF2-5ZnO glass, different types and contents of RE3+ in RE3+-doped fluoride-silicate glasses were prepared by the experiment. And the luminescent properties were measurement simultaneously. In addition, this paper prepared a series of Tb3+-doped luminescent glasses
