——以我国跨国公司为研究样本
摘要
随着经济全球化的高速发展和来自以跨国公司为代表的外部经济力量的竞争与冲击,实施跨国经营成为了必然,在中国加入WTO后,面对日益增多的机遇与挑战,给中国跨国公司带来了更多的思考空间。本文从中国跨国公司所面临的转轨经济这一制度背景出发,探讨我国跨国公司实施跨国经营和对外直接投资所面临的现状,并从中分析我国跨国公司的经营行为。寻求更加合理的跨国经营战略。本文从我国跨国公司的发展现状,存在问题,原因分析,对策建议、发展前景这五个层面研究了各自的跨国经营动机及其成因,并讨论中国跨国经营活动中的投资政策导向、扩展方式选择、以及海外经营活动的组织等方面的具体行为,以此来探讨我国公司的海外成长之路,为我跨国公司提供必要的、可供参考的分析成果。
