TITLE: PROJECT QUALITY PLAN
1. Purpose: To define the procedure for the preparation of the Project Quality Plan.
Scope: This procedure applies to the Construction Department.
Reference: PCE-QP-CTR-01 - Tender / Contract Review
Responsibility
The Project Manager is responsible for the preparation of the Project Quality Plan mencement of a new project. The Manager, Construction Department is responsible for the final review and approval of the Project Qualiy Plan.

The Project Quality Plan shall include the following elements which may vary depending on the size plexity of the contract:
