Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) WHAT IS THE LGD?
Industry and government e up with a test approach, an approach that requires cooperative problem solving, munication skills, and the ability to influence others by presenting ideas in an open, approachable, and non-threatening manner.
In a nutshell,
LGD : 4 to 8 interviewees form a team.

The interviewers will give your team a question.
(There is no unique answer for the question.)

Your team is required to finish the question together in an hour.

In the end, your team should give a unified answer.
During the discussion,the interviewer will examine you from:
Teamwork ability
Expression ability
Your characters
Strain capacity

A stress interview is where the employer lines up a bunch of interviewers (one at a time or a group) whose mission is to intimidate you. The purpose of this interview is to find out how you handle the stress.
