油库设计-毕业设计
摘要
本设计是在了解河北唐山市地形地貌等条件下综合降雨量降雪量风向以及渤海水域水文地质状况遵循库址选择原则以及考虑对库址的基本要求在综合生产作业量条件下进行的一次综合性的常规油库设计
设计过程如下根据原始资料数据进行基础设计计算出储油罐容积个数选择罐型确定库容进行装卸油设施计算铁路装卸油鹤管数铁路装卸栈桥长度装卸作业线长度汽车油罐车装油鹤管数桶装作业灌油栓数目及仓库面积油品水运码头泊位数消防设施防火距离和防火堤尺寸然后进行油库平面图的初步布置再根据布置的情况进行管路水力计算选泵及校核然后进行流程和泵房安装设计最后进行辅助设施计算根据石油库设计规范中各构建筑物之间的防火要求并协调上述计算结果对库区进行平面布置图纸的绘制包括南京油库总平面布置图工艺流程图和内浮顶罐结构简图图纸的绘制方式为AutoCAD制图
本设计对如下内容进行了说明总图布置油库工艺流程概述油罐类型及附件油库安全技术储油罐区布置设计
绘图部分是设计的关键设计的思想意图内容都通过图纸来体现油库总图布置是按照最大限度的满足生产需要缩短工艺管线和运输管线减少占地和投资保证安全作业节约管理费用等原则下进行设计流程图简单合理并在一定程度上考虑了油库的扩建布置图严格按照《石油库设计规范》设计准确体现了油库泵房泡沫间雨水池等设备的尺寸和安装位置
