铝蜂窝结构腐蚀的脉冲涡流检测研究
摘要: 脉冲涡流检测技术是近些年新发展起来的一种无损检测技术,主要用来定量检测裂纹和腐蚀等缺陷。与传统的涡流技术相比,脉冲涡流信号激励使得响应信号中包含了更丰富的缺陷信息。在某些应用场合,这种因素使得脉冲涡流检测比传统的涡流检测技术更有优势。
常规涡流检测技术在检测表面缺陷非常灵敏,但是很难检测到深层的缺陷。设计了TMR圆柱形传感器和TMR斜角式传感器对铝蜂窝结构进行了腐蚀缺陷检测。获取高功率检测探头的差分信号,对铝蜂窝板的大腐蚀缺陷和小腐蚀缺陷进行检测。实验结果表明,设计的脉冲涡流探头能够较好的检测出铝蜂窝结构中的大小腐蚀缺陷。

Abstract:Pulsed eddy current is an innovative and nondestructive technology developing in the recent years and it is mainly used for quantitative testing in crack and corrosion. Compared with the traditional eddy current technology, the excitation brought about by the pulse eddy signal makes the responsive signal contain richer information on defect in some application occasions, whose factors bring more advantages to pulsed eddy current testing over traditional eddy current.
Conventional eddy current testing technology is very sensitive in the surface defects detection, but it is difficult to detect the deep defects. The structure of aluminum b was detected by TMR column sensor and TMR bevel sensor. The differential signal of the high power detector is acquired and the deep corrosion is detected. The sensing signal of linear array probe is divided into time slice, the instantaneous amplitude matrix of signal is obtained, and the structure corrosion of aluminum b is imaged and scanned. The experimental results show that the pulsed eddy current high power probe can detect the deep corrosion in the aluminum b structure. The linear array probe can scan the corrosion imaging.
