摘要
采用电解阳极氧化法制备TiO2纳米多孔材料,其所显示的一系列新颖的物理化学特性使其迅速成为纳米材料和金属材料研究领域的一个热点。本实验采用阳极材料为Ti—Nb合金,研究了解了电解电压、电解液浓度、以及反应温度对制备TiO2纳米多孔材料的影响,并且利用XRD、SEM、EDX等手段进行表征。实验结果表明在甘油和氟化铵混合电解液中成功制得了纳米二氧化钛,在以硝酸为电解液的阳极氧化实验中,研究发现硝酸浓度对制备纳米二氧化钛影响最大,其次是电解电压,反应温度影响最小。本论文认真地分析了阳极氧化法制备纳米TiO2中那些因素的影响,为制备纳米TiO2,寻找有效的途径提供可靠依据。

Abstaret
Using electrolysis anode oxidation TiO2 nano porous materials for legal system, which shows a series of novel physical and chemical properties that make it quickly became a nanometer material and metal materials research in the field of a hot topic. This experiment used anode materials for Ti - Nb alloy, research understand electrolytic voltage, electrolyte concentration, and reaction temperature on the preparation of nanometer TiO2 porous materials affected and XRD, SEM, EDX means of characterization. Experimental results show that in glycerin and ammonium fluoride in mixed electrolytes of nano-tio2 ess, in order to have the nitric acid as electrolyte, anodic oxidation experiment, the study found that the nitric acid concentration on the preparation of nanometer tio2 maximum impact, followed by electrolysis voltage, reaction temperature affect the minimum. This paper analyzed carefully prepared nanometer TiO2 anodic oxidation of legal system, the influence of the factors for preparing nanometer TiO2, looking for effective ways to provide reliable basis.
