摘要
本次毕业设计题目为天津市某大学建筑工程学院办公楼设计,总建筑面积约为6072m2,其中占地面积为1040 m2 ,层数为6层, m 。整个建筑物的外形为平放的“L”字型,采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。本工程的抗震设防烈度为7度,Ⅱ类场地。整个毕业设计分为建筑设计和结构设计两部分。
建筑设计包括:总平面布置,平立剖面设计,构造设计;结构设计主要包括:结构布置,截面选择,计算简图的确定,刚度的计算,重力荷载、风荷载及水平地震作用计算,风荷载及水平地震作用下结构的侧移验算及内力分析,竖向荷载作用下框架内力分析,内力组合和构件的截面设计;
在本次毕业设计中采用手算和电算两种方法,手算采用分层分析法和D值法(计算竖向荷载采用分层分析法,计算水平荷载采用D值法)来完成,电算采用PKPM结构计算软件。此外还进行了结构方案中的室内楼梯设计并完成了平台板,梯段板,平台梁等构件的内力和配筋计算及施工图绘制。

ABSTRACT
My graduation project is Design of a office building for the school of Construction Engineering in Tianjin , total construction area of approximately 6072㎡, which covers an area of 1040 ㎡, altogether 6 floors , the height of the building is m. The entire building adopt cast_in_place reinforced concrete frame structure with a flat "L" shape shape as well as reinforced concrete frame structure. Engineering seismic intensity of 7 degrees,II site. The whole graduation project is divided into two parts of architectural design and structural design.
Architectural design including: total horizontal layout ,horizontal, graphic and profile design; Major structural design including: the structure layout, cross-section choice, calculation sketch selection, rigidity calculation, the internal force calculation under gravity load 、wind load and horizontal seismic load, the structural side displacement calculation under wind load and the horizontal seismic load, the internal force analysis of framework under the vertical load, bination of internal force and the cross-sectional design ponents.
