基于二取一系统的 RTU 设计与可靠性研究摘 要
我国是一个自然灾害频繁发生的国家, 为减少这些灾害对人们生命和财产的威胁,远程测控终端(RTU)的使用大大降低了这些威胁。 RTU 运用的领域较为广泛,也是安全仪表系统的核心组成部分。由于 RTU 的广泛应用及其重要性, 我们需要设计一个可靠和安全的 RTU。
本文设计的 RTU 主要是用于山洪灾害的检测。由于现场环境比较恶劣,受到温度、湿度、电磁干扰等环境因素的影响,我们采用了冗余和容错的设计方
法。同时我们考虑了系统的诊断和维修的情况, 确保在发生故障的情况下系统
能够及时检测出来。根据设计出的硬件系统, 文章运用了可靠性预计法和安全功能评估的方法分别对 RTU 系统的可靠性指标和安全完整性等级进行了预计和评估。可靠性预计采用了元器件计数法和元器件应力分析法相结合的方法, 首先采用元器件应力分析法计算出所有元器件的失效率。然后采用元器件计算法计算出整个系统的可靠性指标,如系统的失效率和 MTBF 等。最后对系统的安全完整性等级(SIL)进行分析,得出了子系统和整个系统的安全完整性等级。可靠性研究的重要环节就是进行可靠性分析,可靠性分析有助于发现系统中出现的缺陷和薄弱环节。文章运用失效模式及影响分析(FMEA)和故障树两种
分析方法对系统的各个模块进行故障分析, FMEA分析的结果记录在 FMEA表中,同时对各个子模块的故障树(FTA)进行了定性分析,主要采用最小割集的方
法计算出每个模块的最小割集。上述分析结果有利于系统的改进和维修,从而
达到提高系统可靠性和安全性的目的。论文最后研究了二取一系统的可靠性和安全性以及软件的可靠性增长模型(SRGM),通过比较给出分析的结果,达到了研究的目标。

Study of reliability of RTU based on one-out-of-two system ABSTRACT
China is a country with frequent natural disasters. In order to reduce the threats of these disasters on people's lives and properties, Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) is used in wide fields, but also a ponent of the safety instrumented to the wide application of RTU in many kinds of fields and its importance, we need to design a reliable and safety RTU.
RTU designed in the thesis is mainly used in the detec tion of mountain flood disaster. Because of the poor environment on site and effect of environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, ic interference, we use a redundant and fault tolerant design method. Meanwhile, considering the case o f system diagnostics and maintenance, we need to ensure that the fault of system can be detected in terms of the design of hardware system, the thesis makes use of reliability prediction method and safety function assessment method to anticipate and evaluate Reliability Index and Safety Integrity Level of the RTU respectively.
