一、培养目标
Ⅰ. Educational objectives
本专业培养德、智、体全面发展,具备行政学、管理学、政治学、经济学、法学等方面知识,能在党政机关、企事业单位、社会团体从事行政管理实际操作并具有理论研究能力和教学能力的专门人才。
This program aims to cultivate specialized personnel overall developed in moral、integrity and physiques, obtain knowledge of administration、management、politics、economics and law, as well as abilities of theoretic research and teaching, and can be engaged in administrative practical operation in the Party and anizations、enterprises and social groups.
二、基本规格要求
Ⅱ. Skills Profile
本专业学生主要学****管理学、政治学、经济学、法学等方面的基本理论和基本知识,受到行政学理论研究、公共政策分析、社会调查与统计、外语、公文写作和办公自动化等方面的基本训练,具备行政管理的基本能力及科研的初步能力。
毕业生应获得以下几个方面的知识和能力:
1. 掌握管理学、政治学、经济学、法学的基本理论和基本知识;
2. 掌握辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的基本观点和分析方法以及系统分析、统计分析、调查分析、政策分析等科学方法;
3. 具有在党政机关、企事业单位、社会团体从事行政管理工作的基本能力;
4. 熟悉党和国家的特别是行政管理方面的方针、政策和法规;
5. 了解行政学的理论前沿以及管理学、政治学、经济学、法学等相关学科的发展动态;
6. 掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法,具有一定的科学研究和策划、组织、执行的实际工作能力。
Students major in administration are to learn the basic theories and knowledge of management、politics、economics and law. They are trained in administrative theory research、public policy analysis、social investigation and statistics、foreign language、document writing and office automatization and should have the ability of administrative management and science research.
The graduates must acquire the knowledge and abilities as follows:
1. Master the basic theory and knowledge of management、politics、economics and law.
2. Master the basic principles and analysis methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, know the scientific methods of system analysis、statistic analysis、investigation analysis and policy analysis.
3. Have the basic ability of working in the Party and anizations、enterprises
and social groups.
4. Be familiar with the guiding principle、policy、law and regulation of munist Party and state, especially in the field of administrative management.
5. Understand the development trends of the leading edge
