热处理对新型高铬铸铁组织与性能的影响

摘要:研究了一种新型高铬铸铁的化学成分与热处理对其组织、性能的影响;采用金相显微分析、X 射线衍射分析、扫描电镜等材料分析方法,分析了该材料在不同热处理条件下的组织与相结构。结果表明,950 ℃淬火+300 ℃回火处理的工艺性能最佳,有大量弥散的碳化物析出,其硬度达到 40~45 HRC,冲击韧度达 4~7 J/cm2;组织为索氏体+铁素体+大量弥散的碳化物+共晶碳化物,能满足不同条件的机械加工要求与使用要求,取代进口材料应用于垃圾焚烧发电炉等炉用构件上。

Influence of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Properties of New High-chromium Iron

Abstract:The influences of position and heat treatment process on hardness and impact toughness of a new high-chromium iron were investigated. The morphology and phase structure of samples after different heat treatment processes were characterized by metallographic microscopic analysis, XRD and SEM. The results show that quenching (950℃) and tempering (300℃) are the optimum process parameters, and abundant dispersed carbides precipitate and the hardness of carbides reaches 40 HRC -45 HRC, impact toughness reaches 4 J/cm2-7 J/cm2. The carbides with the structure of sorbite, ferrite, abundant dispersed carbides and eutectic carbides can meet the need about processing and using, which is promised to
be used on waste incineration ponent replacing those imported materials.
