分布式变电运行事故预案仿真培训系统的分析.docx

摘 要
电力部门组织一次事故预案的演练需要花费大量的人力物力。因此,电力部门急需一个针对事故预案的仿真培训系统。本系统正是为解决这个问题而设计的。
本文介绍了分布式变电运行事故预案仿真培训系统。该系统基于事故预案的一般流程,设计了事故现象可视化、事故判断和事故处理等三个培训环节。系统采用了分布式三层体系结构,基于TCP/IP网络协议的WinSock网络通讯方式,运用 Visual Basic ,以SQL Server 2000作为数据库。
本系统主要对基于变电工区的事故预案进行仿真培训,可帮助变电运行人员提高对事故预案的认识和对事故的处理能力。

ABSTRACT
Rehearsing all accident anticipated plan needs a 10t of the electtic departments need simulation system for rehearsing accident anticipated system is designed to resolve this problem.
