在国际金融危机和“三农”问题的背景下,家电下乡无疑是一项重要举措和惠农利民政策。不可否认家电下乡拉动农村消费、带动生产、扩大内需以及激活农民的购买力等方面作用明显,然而家电下乡政策在实施的过程中也暴漏了我国惠农政策一些弊端。本文将对家电下乡政策的实施效果进行两面性分析,并提出相关的建议。

English Abstract:
