摘要用两相流引射器代替膨胀阀,可回收R134a两相流引射制冷循环中高压工质的压力能,提高
系统循环效率。本文用CFD软件对引射器内部流动进行了数值模拟,分析了喷嘴喉部直径和混合室直
径对引射器性能的影响;根据数值模拟结果加工了引射器试件,在R134a两相流引射器节流制冷循环
实验台进行了实验研究。实验结果与模拟结果均表明,蒸发温度为3℃,冷凝温度为55℃的工况下,
、混合室直径为16mm时引射器的引射比最高。在其他尺寸不变的条件下,存
在使引射比达到最大的最佳喷嘴喉部直径和最佳混合室直径。

Abstract The expansion valve is replaced by a two-phase ejector to recover the potential energy of the
high pressure refrigerant and to increase the coefficient of performance in the two-phase ejector
refrigeration cycle. The numerical simulation of the two-phase flow fluid inside the ejector was carried out
by CFX software. The effects of the throat diameter of the nozzle and the diameter of the mixing chamber
on the performance of the ejector were analyzed. According to the numerical simulation results, the ejector
prototypes were manufactured. The performance of the ejector prototypes were measured on the two-phase
ejector refrigeration cycle test-setup. The experimental and numerical simulation results show that the
