飞机起落架机构设计及安全性分析
摘要:起落架系统是飞机的关键部件之一,其工作性能直接影响到飞机起飞、着陆性能与飞行安全。因此,开展起落架收放系统的研究具有重大意义。运用仿真技术分析飞机起落架的运动学和动力学特性,对于降低飞机研发成本,提高飞机性能具有十分重要的工程意义。
本文以空客A320飞机起落架为对象,分析了A320飞机起落架的功能原理及收放运动;通过对其部件的强度计算,误差分析,确定强度是否满足要求。应用CATIA建立了A320飞机起落架的收放运动学分析模型,基于CATIA和LMS软件,以A320飞机起落架为对象进行了动力学仿真分析。

Aircraft landing gear mechanism design and safety analysis
Abstract:The landing gear system is the ponents of aircraft, whose working performance directly affects the flying security and the performance of aircraft’s take off. Thus, it’s meaningful to study the retraction system. It is very significative in the project for reducing costs of aircraft research and development and improving the performance of the aircraft to analyze the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of aircraft landing gear retraction system by using simulation technology.
This paper took the landing gear system of A320 aircraft as the object to analyze the principle of function and retractable movement; Through the strength calculation of ponents, error analysis, to determine the strength whether meet the requirements. Application CATIA established the A320 landing gear for kinematics analysis model based on put CATIA and LMS software, to A320 landing gear for targets dynamics simulation.
