大型夹杂物对管线钢探伤的影响

摘要 X52 管线钢按正常工艺浇注、加热和轧制,其超声波探伤时出现批量不合格钢板。采用低倍、金相、扫描
电镜等分析了探伤不合格的原因, 证实钢中存在钙铝酸盐和硫化钙的大型复合夹杂, 是导致探伤不合格的主要原因。
基于此,提出了相应的工艺改进措施。

1 1 引言
随着我国经济持续发展,能源结构的调整,石油、天然气输送用管线钢的需求量越来越大。油田、气田
分布广泛,管线钢服役条件也日趋恶化, 对质量和性能的要求也越来越高。不仅要求管线钢具有高强度,而
且要有良好的韧性、抗疲劳性能、耐腐蚀性和良好的抗氢致裂纹( HIC )性能[1] ;同时,随着管径的扩大,
对钢板内部质量也提出了更高的要求,需经过严格的超声波探伤。这些要求的实现是以钢质的高纯净度为前
提的。因此,选择合理的冶炼工艺,精确控制管线钢的成分和夹杂物形态, 配合以合理的控制轧制工艺,才
能生产出高洁净度、高品质、高性能的管线钢。
