摘要:对湿法炼锌废渣经焙烧和酸浸后得到的酸浸渣进行***盐浸出提取银和铅。考察NaCl浓度、液固比、浸出温度、浸出时间对浸出过程的影响。最佳浸出条件为:NaCl浓度250 g/L、液固比5︰1、反应温度80~100 ℃、反应时间3~4 h。在最佳条件下,Ag、%和81%。***盐循环浸出3次效果较好,Ag的浓度达到139 mg/L,%,%。

Extraction of Silver and Lead from Slag of Zinc Hydrometallurgy

Abstract:Chloride leaching was applied to extract Ag and Pb from acid-leaching residues of zinc hydrometallurgy slag after roasting and acid leaching. The effects of NaCl concentration, L/S, leaching temperature, and leaching time on leaching of Ag and Pb were investigated. The results show that leaching rate of Ag and Pb is % and 81% respectively under the optimum conditions including NaCl concentration of 250 g/L, L/S=5︰1, leaching temperature of 80~100 ℃, and leaching time of 3~4 h. The optimum chloride recycle leaching time is three-cycle, after which silver content in leaching solution is 139 mg/L, leaching rate of Ag and Pb is % and % respectively.
