Abstract Aging has e a global problem, and along with ing of the aging society in China, more and more elderly peo- ple enters nursing homes to spend their remaining years - fort. Factors affecting the well- being of the elderly in nursing homes are mainly as follows, the ideas of spending their remain- ing years and the reasons of staying in nursing homes, personal characters and adaptability, hardware conditions and service qualities, family care and social care, and so on. The improve- ment of the well- being of the elderly in nursing homes needs the joint efforts of nursing homes, the elderly, families, the society and the government.

我们在做志愿者活动时曾多次去过养老院,接触过那里的老人。但以前我们关注的只是开展了某次活动,完成了社会实践任务,而并没有十分关注老人们的内心世界,更深层次地了解这些生活在养老院的老人。在我们的创新训练项目“关于南京地区养老院老人生活状况的调查”立项之后,项目组的同学在阅读老龄化问题的相关资料的基础上, 利用双休和节假日深入南京部分养老院进行调研,了解老人们的生活状况,倾听他们的声音,了解他们的想法。思考全社会应该如何共同关注、关心、关爱养老院的老人,让他们能幸福地度过晚年,并提出我们的建议。
