摘要
世界各国的家族企业是企业群体中数量最为庞大的部分,也是各国经济中最为活跃的成分。世界上最成功的一些企业就是从家族企业发展而来的,家族企业在《财富》 500强企业中约为三分之一的比例。家族企业的发展在某种程度上影响着全球的经济发展。中国民营家族经济在国民经济中起着举足轻重的作用。但是不少家族企业难逃短命的厄运,正所谓创业容易守业难百年就更难。因此,家族企业创立之后如何走出一条持续发展的道路,如何打造执行型企业?如何避免短期繁荣后的衰败?是每一个家族企业面临的现实问题。
本文是通过对家族企业代表一一广厦集团的深入调研,分析得出:要使家族企、№基、lk常青,就必须有效地执行战略决策、提高组织执行力、建立执行型企业。
本论文先以世界五百强家族企业的成功及中国家族企业执行力普遍低下来说明提高组织执行力及建立执行型企业对于打造百年家族企业的重要性和必要性;再主要从组织结构、执行型人才、战略规划、企业文化四大方面结合著名家族企业广厦的实例来论证打造执行型企业关键点,总之是以理论分析和典型案例分析的结果得出本论文的研究结论。

Abstract

experts and entrepreneurs take much count ofthe survival,development and immortality of the household owned enterprise.
1 have investigated thoroughly the representative of household owned enterprise一—-----China
Guangsha group for this thesis for about two years,I deduced that the household owned
enterprise will be immortality on the base of improving the executive ability of
organization and founding executive type corporation.
The process of demonstration is 3 ,I expatiated t}1at it is very essential and
indispensable to improve the executive ability anization and found executive type
corporation for the household owned enterprise by the actuality which is the great
executive ability of the world top 500 and the low executive ability of Chinese household owned ,l expatiated relevant theory and brought forward the proposition which is how to improve the executive ability anization and found executive type corporation,finally,I demonstrated the proposition by analyzing
organization of corporation,personnel of corporation,strategy of corporation,culture of
bined dissertating instance of Guangsha group.
