摘要
随着旅游业的不断发展,旅游者的消费观念日渐成熟,旅游消费方式日趋多样化,旅游业的竞争更加激烈,使得旅游经营者千方百计地来开拓新的旅游资源,挖掘新的旅游资源加以利用,来促进本国或本地区旅游业的发展。红色旅游不仅迎合了一部分旅游市场的特殊需求,也给革命老区带来了可观的经济收入,促进地方经济的发展,成为改善老区人民生活水平的重要途径,一大批国内著名的革命纪念地,利用老区丰富的红色资源,将发展红色旅游作为振兴地方经济的重要举措,并已取得初步成效。
本文首先对于红色旅游的兴起及其概念做了简要的介绍。其次阐明了红色旅游的开发对会宁县的政治、经济、文化、社会等方面的积极意义。继之分析了会宁县红色旅游资源的发展现状,提出了一些关于红色旅游产品开发的可行性建议及措施。会宁县的红色旅游资源集中,易于开发,但如何将开发与保护相结合,这是当前面临的一大难题。文章最后对于会宁县当地的开发政策做了进一步的详细描述,争取在不破坏当地原生资源的情况下将旅游开发与当地的扶贫项目挂钩,实现双赢。
