不同型式绝缘子污秽特性的研究
摘 要
以往电网大面积的污闪表明,一年一清扫的人工清扫方式已经不能从根本上杜绝污闪事故的发生,特别是近几年,随着社会的快速发展,大规模工程建设和工业的发展,外部环境污染严重,设备积污速度加快,一年一清扫更不能满足要求。要杜绝大面积污闪,必须走出“一年一清扫”的工作方式和思维, 更加科学的绘制电网污区分布图,才能从根本上解决电网防污闪问题。目前新企标给出的电网污区图的绘制依据是普通瓷质绝缘子的饱和盐密和对应的灰密数据,而目前电网中所使用的绝缘子型号比较多,为了更加合理的进行外绝缘的配置,则需要对不同型号的绝缘子积污特性进行研究,与普通瓷质绝缘子的积污特性进行对比,并在此基础上进行长串绝缘子有效爬电距离的研究。
本文通过对积污期相同的不同类型绝缘子表面污秽进行测量,得出不同类型绝缘子的积污比,并根据不同型式绝缘子的积污比在实验室内进行人工污秽试验,对各种绝缘子在上、下表面不均匀积污等条件下的污闪特性进行比较, 最终得出不同型式绝缘子的爬电距离有效系数,为输电线路外绝缘配置提供依据。

Abstract
