浅析机体免疫功能与肿瘤的免疫治疗

摘要肿瘤是正常机体组织细胞发生恶性变异常增生,形成的不同于起源正常组织的新生物体。机体免疫功能的强弱与恶性肿瘤的发生发展有着互为因果的联系,正常机体的免疫系统对恶变的组织细胞具有免疫监视和免疫杀伤作用;研究证明,肿瘤对于正常机体组织具有异物性,肿瘤抗原能诱导机体免疫系统产生免疫应答反应。面且,有的肿瘤抗原诱导产生的免疫应答可以限制肿瘤生长,甚至最终使肿瘤消退。相反有时这种免疫应答可促进肿瘤生长。由此可见肿瘤免疫机制非常复杂,长期已来许多学者对于这种复杂的肿瘤免疫机制进行了大量的研究工作。
【Abstract】 The tumor is normal body tissue cells undergo malignant e abnormal growths, different from the origin of the formation of the new object normal tissues. The strength of the body's immune function and malignant tumors development has a cause and effect of each other contact, normal body's immune system to anization of the immune cells have enough, monitoring and immune killer action; Research proves that anization has to normal tumor of foreign bodies, tumor antigen can induce the body's immune system to produce an immune response. Surface and, some tumor antigen of hyperparasites immune response can restrict tumor growth, even eventually make tumor disappeared. Instead sometimes the immune response can promote tumor growth. This shows the tumor immune mechanism is plex, long-term already to many scholars for this kind plex tumor immunity mechanism did a lot of research work.

肿瘤与免疫是久已被人们注意的课题。早在80多年前发现肿瘤细胞从一个动物移植到另一动物而受到排斥之后,就有人用免疫方法来治疗肿瘤。后来发现这种排斥现象并非由于肿瘤的抗原所诱发,而是由于组织相容性抗原不相符所致,使肿瘤的免疫学研究中断了数十年。直至四十年代证实动物(纯系),肿瘤确实存在特异性肿瘤抗原,能产生特异性免疫,终于使这一方面的研究活跃起
