气相色谱法对苹果和土壤中克菌丹残留量的测定
摘要:建立苹果和土壤中克菌丹农药的气相色谱检测方法。采用乙***作为提取溶剂,经弗罗里硅柱净化后,通过气相色谱-电子俘获检测器(GC-ECD)测定,面积外标法定量。结果表明,×10-3 mg/L,平均回收率为92%~105%,%~%。该方法灵敏度高、稳定性好、操作简便,完全能够满足苹果和土壤中克菌丹残留量的检测要求。

Determination of Captan Residues in Apple and Soil by GC

Abstract: The method for determination of captan residues in apple and soil was established by gas chromatography. Apple and soil samples were extracte
d with acetonitrile solution and cleaned up by Florisil-phase extraction column(SPE),then the extracted solution was determined by gas chromatography-electron capture detector (GC-ECD) and quantified with area external standard method. The results showed that, the detection limit of the method was ×10-3 mg/L,the average recovery was 92%~105%,the relative standard deviation was between %~%. The method was sensitive,stable and simple,pletely meet requirements for the detection of captan residues in apple and soil.
